History of SKS College Of Nursing :
SKS Nursing Institute was established in 1993 by Mr. S K Sengoda Gounder, the creator of the SKS and Ramani Groups in Tamil Nadu, under the auspices of the VS Educational Trust in order to offer the general public high-quality education. The first multi-specialty hospital in Salem, SKS Hospital & Postgraduate Medical Institute, is home to the nursing college. With post-MBBS training in anaesthesia, general medicine, orthopaedics, paediatrics, radiology, and post-doctoral study in spine surgery, the hospital is currently the region’s largest non-medical college postgraduate training centre for medical studies.
